This piece of art that represents Colombian culture is 100% handmade by the artisans from Cordoba, Colombia, and was made with caña flecha. The caña flecha Palm fibers, a resistant thread that comes from tropical palm trees. The thread is sun dried, tinted and hand wove and takes about 15 days to elaborate this kind of hat.

20 thousand people work for hours in a complex braiding process to create these unique and traditional hats. Purchasing this hat will contribute to their economy and culture of the artisans and indigenous from Colombia.
